James Hardman

James grew up in the United Kingdom, where he built 8 years of experience in customer service before making the leap of faith to Perth. Since then, he has spent the past 12 years continuing his career in Australia, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a people-first approach to everything he does.

His passion for real estate began while studying Architecture at Curtin University, where he discovered that buildings hold their true value through the people who call them home. This passion has driven him to help clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions — buying and selling property.

Now settled in Willagee, James has embraced the local community. He can often be found walking the neighbourhood with his two French Bulldogs, Ziggy and Tobi, or attending Nations Church in Melville. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hands-on home renovations and staying active at Roar Fitness in Bibra Lake.
