My professional journey has been dynamic, spanning various roles and industries. Starting as a qualified PA, I’ve gradually climbed the ladder to become a Senior Property Manager. Each step has contributed to my wealth of experience and shaped my approach to property management.

My career began in Office Administration for a Marketing Company, where I honed my organisational skills and attention to detail.  Later, I transitioned to an Architectural firm, followed by a role as an Accountant’s PA in an international accounting firm. These diverse experiences exposed me to different work environments and allowed me to develop a versatile skill set.

As a Legal/PA/Office Manager in several legal practices, I delved into the Legal and Commercial sector and some responsibilities included, property settlements, trust accounting and Probate.   This legal background has proven invaluable in my current role as a Senior Property Manager.

Throughout my journey, I’ve consistently demonstrated a robust work ethic. Whether as a Legal Professional, Office Manager / Operations Manager and now as a Senior Property Manager, my commitment to excellence remains unwavering.

In every role, I pay meticulous attention to detail. I believe that success lies in the small things—the thorough lease review, the prompt response to tenant inquiries, and finding that suitable tenant matched to the property and the careful handling of property owners’ assets. These actions build trust with property owners and ensure smooth operations.

As a Senior Property Manager, I understand the delicate balance between owner satisfaction and tenant needs. My work ethic drives me to find solutions that benefit both parties. I’m approachable, professional, responsive, empathy and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes.

Beyond my technical expertise, my leadership skills play a pivotal role.   As a Senior Property Manager of the Property Management department, I foster collaboration, mentor junior team members, and ensure efficient operations. My ability to inspire and guide the team contributes to our overall success.

With A strong work ethic and effective leadership—these are the cornerstones of my journey from Legal background to Senior Property Manager of our Property Management Team. With attention to detail, dedication, and a supportive team, I continue to thrive in this dynamic field.
